PUMPING IRON

Weight lifting is one of the most common ways of putting this concentric and eccentric motion in action. How often should you lift each muscle group per week? People tend to over train and if not under train. Through numerous studies it has shown that working out each muscle group twice per week results in the greatest amount of muscle hypertrophy to build muscle. Doing each muscle group three times per week results in negative results and one day a week isn’t enough for your muscle to grow.
